I ordered the “Grandest Decadent Gourmet Chocolate and Snack Basket" but it has neither Grand nor Decadent items in it. It was supposed to have a food hamper by the description and picture. What we got was a white Easter basket. 1/4 of the basket was Tostitos and has Russel Stover chocolate. This was nothing like described or pictured. When I spoke to her on the phone she even said they get the baskets from Sam’s Club.

Five stars to this florist. I just received the most gorgeous arrangement of colorful flowers for my birthday from my family in Michigan. They were so cheery; they just made my day!

Did not deliver flowers to a FUNERAL. Called me the day AFTER to tell me. But get this... they marked it as DELIVERED.
So they are liars too! And when asked why they lied and said it was delivered when it clearly wasn't the owner actually told me it was because "they have to."
Absolutely disgusting. I want a refund.
And look at how the owner addresses complaints. She blames the customers and her drivers and the designers. It's always everyone else's fault! What a loser.

the charge we cannot call Michael until his came back to the shop was 7 00pm at night. Sounds like you're owned the flower shop try to give us bad Review.! Thing happed out of my control. You can call MPM AUTOMOTIVE IN PORT CHARLOTTE TO ASK THEM, THEY JUST FIXED THE VAN BUT NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. Excuse us for what happened. That day we have seven Funeral to deliveries' only your have problems.

I ordered my grandmother a bouquet for Mother's day, and she absolutely loved it. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. They definitely deserve a 5 star!

I placed a custom order for my auntie and mom for Mother's Day. The flowers were beautifully arranged and they loved it! This store definitely holds a high standard. Will order from them again for Father's Day!
